I am coming out of hiding. It's been a little while... actually long while since my last event. But here I am and I cannot be more excited to announce Kaizen 2.0 !!!!!
Last year on the same day, I was had a great opportunity to cook a collaborative dinner with Chef Josh Lewin at the award winning restaurant, Juliet in Union square. The concept of Kaizen, to improve, was brought to me by chef. Last year, with his encouragement, I tried a little bit more refined approach to my ramen dinner. It was a great challenge but was a lot of fun. I am so very happy to be invited back to yet again embrace the concept of Kaizen.
